Features

The COLATAN line of additives for corrugated cardboard was developed to provide companies in the market with a technological solution to the growing needs of the industry. Designed to improve the quality of the finished product and increase productivity, the corrugated cardboard additives cover a wide range of needs in the sector. After more than twenty years of experience in the industry, UNITAN has developed additives based on natural extracts that are used in the different stages of the production process.

COLATAN WP, WPA, CF and CF2

These are additives designed for the green bond, thereby increasing the speed of the corrugator machine, reducing operating cost and the generated scrap.

COLATAN PFA:

Increases the penetration of the adhesive in those papers with low Cobb, helping to reduce the scrap and allowing higher speeds to work in such problematics papers. This product line is available in liquid form for use in automatic plants or in powder form.

Resin WPM and Resin WP5:

Developed to provide water resistance in accordance with international standards, for those cardboards exposed to environments of high humidity content.

COLATAN CF2 WP and COLATAN SF2:

For companies that need both, water resistance and increase productivity, these products are a practical alternative since they require just one product in stock.

COMPOUND RBL:

Designed to replace borates in the cardboard industry, it imparts the necessary properties to control viscosity in starch-based adhesives.

UNITAN uses a technology of non-returnable and fully recyclable corrugated cardboard packaging for its liquid products line.
