Road, street and plain stabilization:

Our product reduces the liquid limit and the plasticity index of those soils previously classified by the HRB (Highway Research Board), thus reducing both swelling and expansion effects.
Based on the prior knowledge of the initial humidity and the acceptable values of salts and sulfates present in the soil to be treated, the maximum density and optimum humidity values are obtained through the Proctor test. Our stabilization process increases slimy and clayey soils bearing value (CBR) capacity and simple compressive strength after 24 hours, thus creating and maintaining a cementation effect resulting from the chain interweaving produced by its constituent polyphenols.

Applied as dust reducer:

The reduction of dust formation allows for a suitable environmental handling in mines, thus preventing the early erosion of road bearing band, with a significant improvement of the treated soil integrity and an important reduction of the noxious silica-laden suspended dust. Therefore, it helps comply with the environmental conditions set forth by international standards. It functionally reduces the water irrigation needs of treated roads by 75%.
